The limited warranty must be registered online to receive following EXTRA PRIVILEGES:-
1. Extended warranty of additional Six (6) months.

3. Retrieve History Registration Information VALID FOR PAST 2 YEARS ONLY.
4. The warranty claim is subjected to terms & conditions.
5. Absolute Time Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend the privileges, benefits, terms and conditions for E-Warranty at any time without prior notice.
Privileges and benefits shall be recorded upon presentation of the warranty card at EVO or Absolute Time Service Center.

Repair or service charges are to be borne by the customer, even within the warranty period, if:
1. The problem is caused by improper, rough or careless treatment;
2. The problem is caused by a fire or other natural calamity;
3. The problem is caused by improper repair or adjustment made by anyone other than Marco service center;
4. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, corrosion, rust, stains, accessories (e.g. batteries, knobs, bulbs) and damages due to abuse;
5. The case, band, glass or battery is damaged or worn;
6. The warranty card and the proof of purchase is not presented when requesting service;
7. The retail’s name and address are not stamped in the warranty card;
8. The date of purchase is not entered in the warranty card.
